1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to rawdeodrive.com, operated by RAWdeoDRIVE™ LLC ("RAWdeoDRIVE", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing our botanical Cophee beverages and skincare formulations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in the United States. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Botanical Formulations & FDA Compliance Notice

RAWdeoDRIVE™ formulations (including S3X COPHEE™, PRIMUS COPHEE™, Sovereign Beard Nectar, and Raw Radiance Facial Elixir) are caffeine-free instant botanical blends and cosmetic oils.

FDA Notice: The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease. 3. Pricing, Orders & Currency

All prices displayed on rawdeodrive.com are quoted in United States Dollars (USD $). We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue formulations, or update product specifications at any time without prior notice. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

4. Permitted Shipping Territory & Fulfillment

RAWdeoDRIVE™ currently fulfills orders exclusively within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the United States will be automatically canceled and refunded. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are subject to courier transit conditions.

5. Mobile Messaging & SMS Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

RAWdeoDRIVE™ provides an SMS-based verification and notification service ("SMS Service") to enhance your account security:

Program Description: When you provide your mobile telephone number during account registration or sign-in on rawdeodrive.com, we send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to authenticate your identity and verify your account. We do not use this campaign for unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your login and verification requests (typically 1 SMS per authentication request).

Rates Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out & Cancellation Instructions (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our number. Upon sending 'STOP', we will send a confirmation SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly request a new verification code during a future login.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of jurisdiction where RAWdeoDRIVE™ LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
