2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal) within 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately upon refund initiation.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please notify us immediately with photographic documentation. Our concierge will dispatch an expedited replacement package at zero cost to you.
